Centric has recently launched its new hosted IP contact centre, for any sized company who wants a contact centre, without the large set up costs normally associated with a large contact centre.

Centric allows customers to rapidly set up a contact centre, without having to purchase and locate new equipment, which is generally costly and bulky. As there is no physical equipment located on the customers' premises, there is no need for specialist staff to run and maintain it on a daily basis, resulting in a large cost saving against a traditional option.
